The goal of joining (RED) and Intelligentsia is to bring a product line of coffee to the consumer that benefits the people of Africa by using ethically sourced beans and working with groups that offer assistance to their employees. Icons were created to reference the country of origin:

Ethereal is a publication that focuses on Chicago's artists and designers. The cover is comprised of a simple gradient that is meant to resemble the inside of one's eyelids while laying out under the sun. Pantone Red 032C and Pantone Medium Yellow C are used throughout the publication to promote visual harmony.

Distorted frames of once forgotten home videos. The goal was to manipulate the video signal between the VCR and TV. The resulting images visualize the concept of distorted memories; overwritten as time goes on.

To me, collaging is a simple meditative process. I turn through countless pages of discarded materials until I find images that can be brought together to create a sense of harmony or juxtaposition. These collages are both hand cut and/or digitally modified.
